We are a small family owned company, We have been doing online printing for years and selling quality inventory for almost two years now. We are super dedicated, silly, and fun. We enjoy doing lives and interacting with all our customers so please come join us for some fun.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will replace/refund. Please contact us with in 7 days of receiving your items. Something being wrong with your product is a unusable item. Sequin items with a few twisted sequins can be simply twisted back in place and do not qualify unless useless.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days, (even though we strive for faster) If you order any custom cut items it can take up to 8 business days to process your order.

We will cancel your order with a 10% fee. This helps us keep our prices lower with out losing money in the future. You can only cancel a order before it is processed. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.

We ship with USPS and UPS all items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available. 

Unfortunately due to the uptick of usps requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to usps you will have to make the claim.

If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you. Please fill out the issue form with the denial letter and we will handle it.
